Each row is one entry of UniProt's PTM controlled vocabulary (ptmlist.txt, the release bundled with uniprotptmpy).

  • Δ mass, mono: UniProt's own monoisotopic mass difference (the MM line, monoisotopic_mass). Average: the MA line (average_mass).
  • Δ formula: the correction formula (the CF line) in ProForma Hill notation (proforma_formula).
  • Feature type: the UniProtKB feature the modification is annotated as (MOD_RES, CROSSLNK, LIPID, CARBOHYD).
